regulatory agencies and outside contractors to prepare and submit information
for regulatory approval of five drilling permits, a pipeline right of way, a
UPDES water discharge permit, and several air quality permits.
· Submitted monthly
monitoring reports to regulatory agencies and communicated with agencies
regarding compliance issues and resolutions.
· Managed and supervised 3
field personnel and field operations of over 50 oil and gas wells in Wyoming,
Oklahoma and Utah, including cost analysis of existing and upcoming projects.
· Managed operational costs
and spending by working with field personnel and 40 – 50 vendors.
Improved operational cash flow from negative to positive in 3 field regions.
· Worked with 5 vendors and
field personnel to scope, design, and implement operational equipment based

· Analyzed and reduced raw
test data from lab machines for thousands of samples. Formatted data
for final report, rendering data useful and understandable to project manager

other team members and lab technicians to perform quality checks on test
data, sample images, and client reports.
· Built final client reports
in printable format and online electronic format using proprietary eReport
software.

part of a division wide team to drive creation of new data reduction
